Terms and conditions

No returns shall be accepted or credited without written authorization within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Any complaints of shortage or breakage must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.

A 10% restocking fee will be levied on return merchandise unless an RA is provided to the customer.
